A Social Entrepreneur with experience of 30 Years, managed diverse multi-faceted leadership roles as Founder, Chairman, Board member and as consultant for policy formulation for skilling, livelihood, enterprise development & startup ecosystem. Floated one of its kind social franchising models to promote First Generation Entrepreneurs in early 2000 that helped more than 100 FGE and provided employability training to more than half-a-million youth. Extensively worked upon policy matters as board member with different organisations advising and developing successful models for Digital inclusion, ICT for learning outcomes and Volunteering for nation building. Served one full term as member of National Board on Child Labour, Ministry of Labour, Govt of India and helped shaping policies to eradicate child labour. Worked and led state level projects supported by central ministries, UNDP and other prestigious organisations. Contributed to more than 30 Panel discussions at different national level seminars & conferences as panelist and moderator. Collaborated and worked for projects from Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Ministry of Road, Transport & Highways, UNDP, CII and institutions like Delhi University, IITs and different prestigious foundations in development sector. Passionate to work for rural livelihood, policy advocacy, convergence and building networks at different levels.
