Design and Build an intranet based data security monitoring, and administration portal around IBMs Tivoli/WebSEAL software products using the LAMP Stack, C, Java and Unix shell scripting. The portal is fully integrated with IBM's PDAdmin utility. Created an additional portal for Cigna's Identity Management group. This portal automates internal account creation and group assignment across all Cigna App Servers and audits HR employment status changes for all Cigna employees. The portal performs much of its work through dynamically generated UNIX shell scripts that work across Linux, Solaris and, AIX servers. Created numerous tools. for system administration to add accounts, add groups, delete accounts and modify/strengthen passwords across Cigna's 4700 IX/UX server infrustructure. These tools supplement and are integrated with IBM's ITIM Identity Management system. Created SSL Certiicate expiration monitoring and renewal tool for IBM WebSeal and TFIM web services management tools. Created data entitlement repository for managing ownership of all Cigna data products including, mainframe, Active Directory, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server databases. This tool integrates with AVEKSA role based access management tools to maintain data products and roles.

Integrate Oracle PunchOut and iProcurement systems to work with Matheson's existing e-commerce store and then to migrate the entire store to a Windows / SQL Server platform.

· Responsible for redesigning on-line SaaS billing and CRM services from a two tiered Oracle / MOD-PLSQL application to a multi-tiered MVC based SOA design using PHP5, Oracle 9i, Red Hat Linux, Smarty template engine, AJAX and PHP5's SOAP Client and Server objects· Invented a REST interface style that allows SOAP like server side request validation on simple HTTP (REST) requests without XML definition files.· Developed an object oriented web service bus for exposing legacy and new services in SOAP and REST. Created a services tool suite for the aforementioned service bus to simplify WSDL, service class and test client software development. · Developed a complete web store for selling GPS devices and services based on Zencart and modified to include integration with Aria’s billing and CRM solutions as well as an international fulfillment house and GPS service network. All integration was achieved through the use of the aforementioned web services interfaces. Designed several custom Zencart modules for shipping and taxation using Vertex tax software. The store integrates multiple disparate systems and technologies including databases in Oracle and MySQL as well as PHP, Perl and Java applications

· Served as project architect and managed programming and implementation of a complex, n-tiered, web based survey engine for pharmaceutical market research. Unlike other web based survey engines, this one is almost entirely dynamic. The software facilitates unique, attitudinal market research products that predict the success of a marketing campaign before it is launched. The lowest tier of the application middleware persists survey response data to an Oracle data warehouse asynchronously upon completion of a survey session. The survey engine system was written entirely in Java/J2EE including Servlets, EJB, JSP, XML, and some web services.· Created a rules based engine for a monthly pharmaceutical market detail audit survey that matched a doctor's survey experience against the company's market research needs based on medical specialty and quota. This decision engine automated ongoing physician recruitment and saved thousands of dollars monthly in unnecessary marketing payouts to physicians.· Designed and programmed many innovative multi-threaded modules including proprietary data caching, web service queues and an A/V slide show applet for low bandwidth internet connections that synchronizes compressed audio with slides for smooth playback. All of these modules were integrated into the TargetRx survey engine. The slide show player is part of a patented market research product.· Engineered and programmed all applet based support tools for A/V based products including the slide show synchronization and annotation tool that simplifies the creation of slide shows for laypeople.· Developed a client side script based GUI rendering engine with Javascript and DHTML

· Programmed numerous web applications in Perl and C to enhance a three time Webby award winning medical information management site. These applications include online condition and disease trackers, a poll/quiz engine, a sweepstakes application, an e-telegram application and several e-commerce modules.
