Head - CTV Operational Strategy and Business ExcellenceAshok Leyland, North Cluster DivisionIn the role of Head CTV of Operational Strategy and Business Excellence for the North Cluster Division at Ashok Leyland, responsibilities include managing operations at both the highly integrated Pantnagar plant and the overseas facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The role emphasizes:- Driving the adoption of a Total Quality Management (TQM)culture to enhance overall operational effectiveness.- Implementing Six Sigma techniques to ensure continuous process improvements and cost efficiency.- Promoting Gemba practices, enabling on-the-ground insights and real-time problem-solving.- Execution and control on annual business planning Additionally, this role includes acting as the core executor for the annual IMexI Award, a key initiative in Ashok Leyland’s commitment to excellence in manufacturing and operational strategy.

Responsible for four plants of Ashok Leyland to develop new systems and develop an annual business plan.

Currently working for Business excellence group.Taking care of TQM (Total Quality Management). Built the Quality assurance network system for current company and horizontally deployed in 3 manufacturing plants.Started Management system chart inside the organization to have smooth flow of interaction between departments. Deals with monthly audit for quality assurance.Policy making for new projects in the field of quality.Implemented JDI & KKD & QC story techniques in Ashok Leyland for BQO (Built in Quality with ownership)
