Leverage solid expertise in developing and executing business process automation strategy to design new models of process management that build on the organisations target operating model. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in establishment of technology solutions, business process framework architecture development, automation tool suite selection design, and methodology development for business process automation. Maintain strong business relationship with process owners and key stakeholders to produce and support implementation of the process automation strategy. Oversee process design and project implementation teams in process improvement and automation activities. Determine process improvement opportunities and instigate solutions by utilising principles of process excellence and related tools. Create quality reporting and conduct detailed audits for creating plans and programmes to support continuous improvement by using applicable tools. Perform process assessments and collaborate with multiple internal customers to implement improvements.
