Leverage solid expertise in developing and executing business process automation strategy to design new models of process management that build on the organisations target operating model. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in establishment of technology solutions, business process framework architecture development, automation tool suite selection design, and methodology development for business process automation. Maintain strong business relationship with process owners and key stakeholders to produce and support implementation of the process automation strategy. Oversee process design and project implementation teams in process improvement and automation activities. Determine process improvement opportunities and instigate solutions by utilising principles of process excellence and related tools. Create quality reporting and conduct detailed audits for creating plans and programmes to support continuous improvement by using applicable tools. Perform process assessments and collaborate with multiple internal customers to implement improvements. Create and maintain the organisations centre of excellence for business process automation.Key Contributions:• Established the NECS continuous improvement maturity model and presented at transformation for productive public services conference.• Obtained, arranged, and instigated the K2 business process automation platform – the chosen business process automation tool.• Designed and executed various digital applications through utilisation of K2 business process automation platform and ensured delivery of customer services and the organisation’s continuous improvement programme. These included, an Issues Log, Business Continuity Manager, Risk Register, Executive Action's Manager, Property Manager, Travel & Accommodation Booking Request, Serious Incident Investigation, and International GP Recruitment Tracker.

Deliver effective guidance to clinical commissioning groups regarding business performance to ensure the delivery of their contract portfolios financial targets. Drive through best practice and a cohesive approach to contract monitoring, analysis, and insight into contract performance. Lead on coordination of contract negotiations and performance ensuring there is appropriate costing, monitoring and financial analysis available for their contract portfolios. Working with all service leads and Clinical Commissioning Groups to ensure that changes in service resulting from Quality Innovation Productivity and Prevention programmes, service developments and service reviews are reflected in healthcare contracts.Key Contributions:• Attained all customer requirements to timetable at the required level of quality and survived the coming together of 4 organisations into a single organisation.• Delivered of robust performance systems for finance and activity for the contracting portfolio (13 Clinical Commissioning Groups; circa 1,700 healthcare contracts; circa £2billion).• Won the North of England Commissioning Support award for Exceptional Contribution to Continuous Improvement.

Lead the Business Delivery Finance Team with responsibility for all healthcare budgets with an annual turnover of £1.1 billion (contracted expenditure totalling £1.0 billion across 2,263 contracts and non-contracted expenditure totalling £0.1 billion) ensuring the highest standards of financial and corporate governance. Delivered effective financial and business advice to the associate director of Business Delivery to ensure the delivery of all financial and corporate performance targets to the highest standards. Key Contribution:• Produced £400K revenue by enhancing productivity of business delivery finance team and implementing local finance performance network, a web-based system for electronic reporting and document management based on Microsoft SharePoint.• Minimised the close cycle making period end processes more visible, repeatable, controlled, and available reducing operational time to create period financial reports through utilisation of locally developed process macros to automate business processes.• Streamlined and automated business processes by utilising Excel macros to produce email, payment statements for providers of specialist activities and GP prescribing incentive scheme.• Enhanced the scope activities of the department without requirement for additional resources through the re-design and automation of key business processes.
