Empathy, creativity, and evidence-based experimentation are the keys to unlocking Innovation and Growth.Research is my passion. I was that kid who asked too many questions. I was constantly asking adults why and the answers they gave me (if they even bothered) were never adequate. One day a librarian taught me to look up my own answers and I never looked back. Although asking too many questions has often led to many detours and struggles in my life when I found Product everything clicked into place. FINALLY, a place where my insatiable curiosity was valued and encouraged. My career has been defined by optimizing user experiences and leveraging my neurodivergent super powers to challenge the status quo. Whether it was at a B2B, B2C, non-profit, local SMBs, or in academia, I go the extra mile when I solve problems and strive to improve processes along the way. I excel at switching from big-picture thinking that drives business KPIs to the nitty gritty details of building delightful and meaningful user-centered products.A diverse background including customer success and marketing makes me an excellent cross-functional partner. I believe making room for creative solutions through psychological safety and fostering a culture of data-driven decisions are two of the most important aspects of managing teams. Innovation can't happen in a culture of fear and if we're not focused on metrics we can't drive growth for the business.
