Then helped build every piece. I took a frugal approach (which became increasingly necessary with our budget and burn rate constraints).- Using an all-JS stack (MERN + React Native), we were able to deliver an offline capable mobile app on iOS + Android, a fully functional business dashboard and proposal builder on web, their common backend API, as well as an Electron based internal admin and customer support tool.- Extremely lean peak team size 4 engineers, mean team size 2 engineers (including myself).- Owned all aspects of deployment and management of the technology, as well as significant individual contributor in each project.- Paid close attention to product and brand design. Includes creation of the logo, overall look and feel and per feature UX decisions.- Met or exceeded aggressive schedules for product build, demos at conferences and MVPs for larger clients.- Mentored relatively green engineers; helped them get familiar with the tech stack, product codebase and how to excel in a nimble, fast moving team.- Participated in fundraising efforts, due diligence, team building, daily operations management as well.- After shipping V1, stepped up in sales and marketing through analytics, building out SEM based sales funnel.- Helped identify and evaluate opportunities and threats.
