About Rachel B. Lee

Why do I call myself a ladyboss? Because I'm an authentic, powerful and loving woman who's changing the world one soul at a time. We are in the HUMAN revolution. The time is now to connect authentically and serve, not letting money and social followers rule our lives. Marketing has always been my way to connect with people. My first role was at the marketing agency Walton Isaacson where I supported Unilever's AXE, running some of the first social media driven activations, including AXE One Nighty Only featuring artists like Diplo and Weezer. My time at WI taught me how important it is to understand different audiences and creativity. When working with Unilever, I realized that I wanted to lead a corporate brand and knew that a MBA could fast track that opportunity. Graduating from the University of Texas Austin, McCombs School of Business is one of my proudest moments. My MBA taught me the strategic thinking and discipline needed to land a role at Microsoft and Gartner where I entered into technology and B2B marketing, focused on scaling brands. The marketing agency, MBA, and corporate experiences built the ladyboss I am today. A ladyboss that is now a female entrepreneur, mother, stepmother, and business owner. I've always dreamt of owning and leading my own company that can help people find their voice, and I'm now living that everyday with my husband, Joshua B. Lee, Founder and CEO of Standout Authority.
