Welcome to Therapy Unplugged! I’m Sasha, a passionate and outgoing mental health therapist and life coach, here to guide you through transformative healing and personal growth. My journey has taken me through a variety of experiences, from my current role as a substance abuse counselor at a treatment center to life coaching for individuals facing big life transitions. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with addiction, trauma, anxiety, and emotional challenges.With a background in Psychology from Florida International University, I blend evidence-based approaches—like motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and DBT—with a Christian-centered perspective for clients who want a spiritual approach to their journey. I’m in-network with insurance, offer a sliding scale for cash pay, and strive to make this process as accessible as possible.When I'm not with clients, you’ll probably find me at the beach or spending time with my family. I believe in keeping things real and relatable, and my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.
