CurrentI joined Wipro Technologies back in 2019 as a Technical Lead and got promoted as a Project Manager in the last appraisal cycle, presently working with prestigious clients like Mitie and managing the team of 20 associates dedicatedly for the project, furthermore, managing the team of 30 outsourcing resources for the additional tasks of other assignments within the organization, also supporting the organization in the recruitment process.Well experienced in the tools like Power BI, Microsoft Project Professional, ADO for project management. Able to manage day-to-day operations, aligned to quality & delivery assurance teams, publishing status reports and client / stakeholder management.Specialised in processes like Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid and TDD. Helped drive the process through Collaboration and Communication between Partners, Internal Teams, and/or Vendors.Tracking progress, CST/Radars/Issues, Milestones, Deliverables, while leveraging the appropriate methodologies and tools. Coordination with the clients and BAs for Requirement gathering, creating HLDs and LLDs for the project development.Effective Customer Interaction and co-ordination of project development activities.Worked on Payment Security domain with Visa Card and Insurance domain with National General Insurance in Wipro.
