In this role I managed a small cross-discipline team that incubated Microsoft's Minimal Disclosure "digital identity wallet" technology, based on the Credentica/U-Prove acquisition. In 14 months we designed and built a cloud-based agent to serve as a trusted intermediary between end-users and service providers. This agent allowed end users to aggregate different digital identity claims (proof of age, citizenship, employment, driving privilege...) from issuers (DMV, employers, credit bureaus...) and provide unprecedented control over how that information is shared. Specifically, the tech allowed for Minimal Disclosure "derivative claims" and prevented correlation & tracking between claims issuers and services providers, while maintaining the same level of security and trust as traditional crypto. https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/wwhealthit/2010/03/07/microsoft-u-prove-technology-helps-with-both-security-and-privacy/http://www.computerweekly.com/news/1280095239/RSA-2011-Identity-paramount-to-securing-cyberspace-says-Microsoft
