As a Project Manager and Sales Account rep, I executed on the goals of Wheels Boutique by curating projects and custom products for our customers through ongoing customer service and touch points, creating multiple marketing channels for lead generation and customer communication. New avenues of digital branding were always championed, to include creating our first Instagram account (2012) now up to 161K followers, and TikTok account (2020) to stay ahead of the marketing channels in automotive aftermarket, growing our Tiktok page to 110 posts in 3 1/2 months resulting in 2677 followers, 11k likes and 112k views as well as 2 viral posts over 20k views each.Additionally, as the company celebrated 20 years in business, we moved the entire operation and warehouse to a new facility which required project management to implement demo, build-out, finishing, warehouse and shop equipment installation, and logistics to move operations, personnel and inventory over to the new site without any down time in installs and shipments.

As a remote Project Analyst Coordinator, I was overseeing recruitment and on-boarding of new project analysts. I supported training on UberConference and ongoing support through Slack. Teams were assembled on a temporary as-needed basis. Tasks and priorities were assigned through Slack for tracking and team synergy. Training included support for Dropbox online. Completed work was QCd by Eagle Drones CEO and sent back for any follow-up tasks. Analyst roles were completed when invoices are received.

I enjoy this opportunity overseeing all project management and route management planning for team of 4 on the ground in major cities from Cincinnati to Pittsburgh, Toledo to Cleveland, to map cell tower mounting equipment with handheld camera and drone photography. Daily coordinated most efficient routes to maximize work hours and daylight, variable on the weather. I contacted site contacts to coordinate access and work with general contractor to provide work orders and owner permissions.As part of the project I ensure media management and transport gets completed using Dropbox, Slack, Word and Google Earth to create 240 analyst reports for deliverables within the 36-day project deadline.To manage deadlines, I hired 14 subcontracted project analysts through Eagle Drones to handle the short-term work load. On-boarding and training was performed on a 48-hour turnaround window to accelerate their addition to the workforce. Slack was used as a team communication management tool to track report access and completions, as well as a control point for questions and solutions.

As technology on the college campus increased, my job as an AV specialist increased. Promoted to AV Services Coordinator allowed me to be more innovative and strategic across the university. I consulted on AV installs before coordinating with vendors. I manages installation projects and sat on construction project teams to represent the AV needs of campus. I created workflows for our entire team to support many AV environments. I tested emerging technologies and tools as well as forecasting future needs and expenses within the AV for IT environment. I piloted new technology solutions and solicited feedback to assess rollout on a larger scale. For managing tasks, I became familiar with both BMC Track-It and Team Dynamics technical support ticketing software and reporting, as well as Crestron Fusion and Extron GlobalViewer AV cloud control software.

As the Multimedia Classroom Technician for the Help Desk of the APSU Office of Information Technology, I was responsible for the installation, care and maintenance of all multimedia equipment in almost 200 classrooms across campus as well as our distance learning sites.
