I received incoming calls on a regular basis and assisted clients with service requests on their policies while maintaining quality KPIs and NPS with our clientele.

I worked assisting Platinum Charge & Centurion Charge (known informally as the Black Card) card members during their travels as they visited the Centurion Lounge at Harry Reid International Airport. I also assisted with helping guests with basic account inquiries, monitoring updates on their travel itineraries, booking hotel accommodations & rental car bookings, and educated about the benefits of both card products. The position gave me the privilege of working with various celebrities and improved my experience working with VIP clientele.
