I am a nature enthusiast and holistic health advocate who is always eager to learn, innovate, and collaborate with others who share a passion for future thinking strategies and values.As an Environmental Protection Specialist at FEMA, I apply my compliance knowledge and sustainability background to support disaster recovery efforts. I have over 6 years of experience in this role, working with diverse stakeholders to ensure policies and regulations are met and best management practices are analyzed. I am devoted to improving the well-being of populations in need. I have a Bachelor’s in Sustainability focusing on International Development Policy, Integrative Health, and Food Systems from Arizona State University, where I was a Sun Devil Family Association & Walton Global Studies Scholar. I have mentoring and problem-solving abilities, which I developed as a Team Leader in the National Service Program AmeriCorps NCCC. I continue to grow these skills as a proud member of the EHP Cadre and as a Coach Evaluator at FEMA.I am currently continuing my work in Environmental Compliance at FEMA while pursuing a Master of Science in Wildlife Ecology & Management. In my personal life, I love to study medicinal plants, hike, and boulder/rock climb.
