The Brew Happy Show is an Audio/Visual project based out of Portland. This is a weekly Podcast with a focus on Craft Beer & Cider, the industry that surrounds it, and the people that make it. I have one of the most exciting and fun jobs of all time. I get to share my passion for craft beer with people visiting friom all over the world and help them learn about how some of their favorite brews are made, as well as introduce them to a myriad of new brews! We have regular weekly tours and customizable tours as well as shuttle service for special events.

Front counter service, including beer and wine. Food running and expo.Preparing and cooking all grilled plates on an open fire propane grill, maintaining a clean and sanitary prep area, and regular closing duties.

Implemented training course for servers — streamlining the service bar.Tracking of weekly inventory and stocking appropriately for special events. Reorganized the entire wine inventory, re-pricing the wine list, and the introduction of an espresso machine!Invented some personal recipes for mixing new drinks, including a new line of flavored vodkas.
