On assignment at JPMorgan Chase, worked as Lead Developer on the IT Risk & Compliance application, an ASP.NET MVC 5 site responsible for tracking all software used in the bank. Designed new features, provided high-level estimates for development team, and performed several architectural refactors.

Managed both the application development and QA teams, working to build and deploy the Engage email, SMS, and fax marketing platform: a system sending and tracking tens of millions of messages per month.

Managed a team of skilled .NET developers, building software for the energy utility industry.

● Developed Questline’s Action Plan application for tracking energy savings.○ Created C# calculation engine to provide estimated energy savings based on dozens of energy profile inputs as well as established regional weather data.○ Developed REST service endpoints to give clients direct API access to the Action Plan data. ○ Installed and configured SFTP server for receiving customer usage data flat files.○ Utilized Transact-SQL in SQL Server 2008 to parse and load delimited flat files from utility companies containing customer usage data.● Assisted in design and development of a new calculation framework for use in Action Plan and utilized by multiple Questline products.

Utilized C# 4.0, WCF, and MSMQ to receive and process flat files from partners into a SQL Server-backed system.

Assisted in the design and development of Safe Auto’s updated enterprise printing solution – an MSMQ-based WCF SOA system for composing, printing, and delivering all customer documents.

Worked as a .NET and SQL developer on the BOPChoice project. Wrote ASP.NET front-end code, as well as help to code the MS SQL layer used to assemble ACORD XML for sending policy data to the mainframe.

Replaced legacy VB6 applications and manual processes with VB.NET 2.0 applications (primarily console apps) and MS SQL 2005. Lead development on the GEMS application for processing messages for domestic US security trading.

Developed features for Optimum's PMP (Prescription Monitoring Program) application, and helped build the PMIX (Prescription Monitoring Information Exchange) system for information-sharing among different state Boards of Pharmacy across the country.
