Managed the development and support of all Pension Systems, reporting to the SVP of Pensions and Benefits. Developed a strong team of analysts and support staff. Accomplishments included stabilizing and enhancing the systems within the area - taking them from crisis mode to stable operations. Led a project that modernized the systems(including selection, implementation and conversion) in the area and resulted in the decision to reengineer the Pension business.

Managed recordkeeping and fund administration systems for a multi-billion dollar pension trust division.
