Responsible for the entire engineering organization. We built such an incredible platform. Highly scalable with 100k+ cores, 100s of millions of messages, millions of minutes of audio... Every. Single. Day.I wore all the hats from IC to people leader to architect to QA to customer interfacer to dish washer, though serving people will always be my favorite one.

I led engineering teams end to end. They were some truly incredibly talented people. I was responsible for the effective outcomes for all of my clients. I was involved in the pre-sales, solution architecting, designing, implementation, team leadership, customer interfacing, account growth -- all of it. Ask me about building robots that cleaned hospital rooms with lasers or optimizing a platform that ruthlessly attacked the child illiteracy problem in Texas. So many great stories, some amazing technology, and a ton of success.

As a Senior Software Consultant, I focused on being the intersection of team lead and developer. I performed web security reviews for clients, designed and implemented architectures, developed web front end applications backed with web services. I delivered training classes on JavaScript libraries and ASP.NET MVC. I managed client relationships and worked with executive management to grow the business. I spoke at both technology and Agile conferences and delivered several targeted presentations to clients.

As a .NET software developer, I'm focused mainly on developing n-tier web applications. I develop both the front end (ASP.NET MVC) and the back end (WCF).I also have experience setting up and managing TFS installations and build servers. Part of my work also includes build and configuration management.I am well versed in C#, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.

Most of my development was geared towards internal tools for various departments. Web/Desktop applications in ASP.NET and Winforms. As project manager, my main focus is implementation management and vendor relationships. The types of projects I manage are quite varied, from cash management software, crafting disaster recovery plans, to implementing biometrics within the branch network and, designing mobile banking centers.
