In 2020, I set up the REAL. Leadership Consultancy, a coaching firm that challenges the traditional norms of leadership.I decided to set up REAL. Leadership after a 25-year career working with some of the world’s leading companies, recruiting and developing hundreds of people. I’ve always been curious about people and loved helping them develop, from those starting their careers to those looking to become the next company CEO or president.I believe anyone can lead. You might not see yourself as a leader, but everyone has it inside them to step up, make an impact and get results when they need to. But there’s a problem. At the moment there is a very old- fashioned template for how a leader should act. Outdated rules and expectations for leadership that no longer work.
