𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝗯𝗮𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸. That was me years ago—overweight, unhealthy, and unsure where to start. But I took that first step, and it changed everything. Today, as the co-franchisee of three Orangetheory Fitness studios in Ottawa—Kanata, Barrhaven, and South Keys—I’m proud to help others take their first step, too.My passion comes from my transformation, but my purpose is fueled by the thousands of lives I’ve had the privilege to touch through coaching and my “Real Life with Wendy” platform. 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀; 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳.Our studios are more than high-energy HIIT classes—𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲. A place where people walk in as strangers and leave as friends, where goals are celebrated, and where everyone feels they belong from day one. We’re building something bigger than fitness—𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲.As a leader, I invest everything I have into my team. I challenge, push, and, most importantly, 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. I know the power of a strong, supportive community because I’ve lived it. My team knows they’re not just employees—they’re part of a family that celebrates wins and stands together through challenges.Now, I’m growing that family.
