A summary of duties:- Scout and hunt for new customers, setting up their accounts with all of the required legal documents.- Determine customer and consumer needs through observation and conversation, following up by presenting products to my customer that will satisfy these needs.- Research products and create sales and marketing materials to be used by myself and other team members.- Present new products on daily basis to new and existing customers.- Follow up after the sale by capitalizing on merchandising opportunities, building displays, hosting consumer samplings, and educating the sales staff.- Plan, coordinate, and host a multitude of events including retail consumer samplings, on-premise training and education, brewery pint nights, and more.- Collaborate with suppliers regularly in order to drive additional sales, launch new products, and schedule events and promotions.- Train newly hired sales representatives by demonstrating sales techniques, providing product education, explaining company policies and procedures, and teaching them to use our ordering software.- Assist managers and other sales representatives frequently and as needed in sales calls, with technical questions, and other matters as they arise
