As an Employment Readiness Program (ERP) Educator, I help my clients to build the necessary tools to effectively navigate the employment process. I help my clients overcome various challenges that are unique to the Military community.· Network with various organizations and employers increase community awareness· Coordinate outreach efforts, plan career fairs, and collaborate with other organizations · Teach workshops on mastering LinkedIn as well as civilian and federal resumes· Help Service Members translate Military jargon to civilian terms. · Prepare clients to succeed during interviews and career fairs · Educate clients on how to increase employability · Direct and connect clients to available services and resources

The mission of JRC is to provide lifelong opportunities that enhance the lives of people, so that they may achieve their hopes and aspirations. JRC offers a food service program at Fort Drum, which offers employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities. As a Trainer, I worked with management and staff members to ensure that staff were properly trained on safety protocols. I participated in hands-on training and task analysis. I advocated for reasonable accommodations for staff as needed to help maintain employment.

Working with non-profits has always been close to my heart. In this position, I worked with various organizations, including for-profits and non-profits, to help them achieve their visions.
