As a Systems Administrator at the State Attorney’s Office, I ensure the stable operation of our in-house computer network. My responsibilities include planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. I also analyze and resolve end-user hardware and software issues promptly and accurately, providing necessary user training. I collaborate on network design and capacity planning, conduct research on network products and protocols, and develop policies, procedures, and documentation for network administration and disaster recovery.I oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user workstations, ensuring network connectivity and administering equipment upgrades. Interacting with vendors and contractors to secure network products and services is a key part of my role. Additionally, I co-manage servers, including email, print, and backup servers, and security solutions such as firewalls, anti-virus systems, intrusion detection systems, and multifactor authentication. My duties also involve performing server and security audits, system backups, and recovery, and maintaining network hardware like routers, switches, and wireless access points.Monitoring and testing network performance, providing performance statistics, and recommending improvements are also critical components of my job. I practice network asset management, including maintaining network component inventory and related documentation. My technical expertise includes Windows and Linux operating systems, Microsoft applications, and PowerShell scripting. I possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer service orientation, enabling me to work effectively in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment.

Master Console Operator (MCO)The position of Master Console Operator is to support for the NASA Launch Control System (LCS) in the development of software that will launch the Space Launch System (SLS) with the Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle (MPCV) Orion under the Artemis Program to the moon and eventually to Mars. We are responsible for configuring and monitoring all servers and workstations under the LCS system. These systems are Linux Red Hat and IBM AIX with Simulation environments running on Microsoft Windows environments. We are responsible for updating software, troubleshooting issues within the system as well as the network for the LCS system. Support consists of vehicle simulations as well as live hardware on site, including hazardous operations. We are also tasked with assisting the test teams as they enter the firing rooms to test their own software and displays against the LCS software to ensure compatibility.Orion and SLS SupportWe also provide this same support for our remote locations in Denver, CO, Houston, TX, and Huntsville, AL. These other locations are smaller sets designed as labs for the Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle (MPCV), otherwise known as Orion and the SLS. IBM Spectrum ProtectThe Launch Control Center (LCC) does not only have the Firing Room that will launch Artemis I, it also utilizes two other Firing Rooms for development and verification. These rooms are used as test beds for the LCS software development teams. As these teams run tests on the software, they accrue a vast array of data. My job also entails the configuration and monitoring of the data that is produced by these tests for archiving. I have developed the process for archiving and storing this data for the Artemis program and continue to operate and maintain this process daily.

Oversee the hardware, software and end users of the Telecommunications Infrastructure for Mears Transportation Group and Hello! USA.Serve as Telecommunications Administrator for all seven of Mears and Hello! USA locations supporting various PBX Types including: NEC/Enghouse 9300, Avaya IP Office, Nortel BCM and ShoreTel Sky with 24/7 support.Maintain all hardware and software associated with the telecommunications infrastructure. Perform the installation, trouble-shooting, preventative maintenance, repair, and modification of the Airport-wide Computerized Access Security System, including the video surveillance system. Also, audit billing for the 1400 phone extensions managed by the Avaya system.Trouble-shoot problems with the software and non-server related hardware involving video surveillance cameras, proximity card readers, user workstation, magnetic locks, strike locks, and other door related hardware.Perform the installation of network and communications cables for all Airport owned properties and buildings.Update and maintain vast array of IT documents for all employees. Manage Amway Arena in-house audio for all Orlando Magic home broadcasts. Manage all audio feeds being recorded to NBA and Orlando Magic X-Tapes for event archiving. Coordinate audio and video feeds between the MagicVision Producer and Arena Music Director before and during events. Perform daily diagnostics on all audio equipment to ensure best quality. Coordinatevideo and audio feeds from remote camera's used for in-house video feeds. Collaborate with the Music Director on producing new sound effects and audio clips to be used for in-game prompts, time outs, and other various scenarios. Produce, edit, mix and master audio for various videos including highlight reels, player spotlights, commercials and introduction videos. Troubleshoot any issues compromising the integrity and quality of audio feeds.
