Currently, I am working as a Recruiting Coordinator & Operations Specialist at Baja Gilfoil Group, where I work remotely with start-up companies of various industries such as AI, crypto, defense, healthcare & health tech. I coordinate and schedule non-technical, technical, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones for various roles. I also work cross-functionally with sourcers, recruiters, hiring managers, co-founders, and CEOs to provide operational support such as managing candidate pipelines, preparing reports, meeting agendas, data entry and transfer between ATS systems, and providing recruiting metrics. Outside of the professional realm, I'm a coffee lover, fitness enthusiast, hiker, learner, and dog lover. I also enjoy music, podcasts, audiobooks, or anything to keep my mind enriched.
