In this capacity I serve as navigator for my clients, striving not only to understand their material needs, but to also provide safe passage through a generally stressful situation of home restoration and improvement. Focusing in storm restoration allows me to help turn disaster into opportunity. I have trained in the insurance process under the tutelage of veteran field and desk adjusters of major carriers, providing me with the understanding to safely navigate the murky waters of insurance claims and recovery. In addition to that I help maximize energy efficiency for my clients through energy audits, ventilation improvements and high efficiency window replacements. My goal is to educate my clients on aspects of the job. When presented with good information people can make well-informed choices that work best for them.
