This role required cross-functional team collaboration, data-driven decision making via analytics, strategic use of market research, and competitive analysis. The brands I managed required extending myself into the Product Manager's role, as I led the product development cycle through successful product launches on two of our brands. I had the opportunity to build and transform content-only sites' to product-driven solutions for our customers.

As the team's Product Marketing Manager and Go-To-Market lead, I led a group of three others and worked closely with the product team to identify product value propositions, execute user acquisition plans, and frame our positioning and messaging statements. This framework powered our social media marketing strategies and SEO content articles and provided direction for our marketing communication.

As the consultant, this role required creative solutions to balance the client's needs and the regulating agency's constituent goals. While working under this title, I was integral in developing master stormwater/drainage plans for projects that scaled between neighborhood land development phases to multi-county Department of Water Resource projects. The success of all our projects hinged on actively managing budgets, timelines, and dependencies, which also required a high proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic analyses. Other impactful projects include countywide environmental initiatives (i.e., fish ladder installations and wildlife restoration) and grant writing (i.e., CalOES 404 Hazard Mitigation Program). Every project starts with an advanced understanding of extracting and representing existing conditions through GIS and CAD. Depending on the project's scope, an optimal modeling strategy is implemented to best fit the project's needs (i.e., 1-D, 2-D, Combined 1-D & 2-D, or Combined 1-D, 2-D, & urban pipe).
