I moved to Utah in 2017 to work at Goldman Sachs as a contracted outsourced recruiter through ADP. In my year with GS I was a top 5 recruiter globally for the account. My specialty was recruiting for the Salt Lake City Operations division where I placed over 30 professionals in my first year. I learned so much about the internal workings of a global company including how to manage headcount approvals, working through a software change (iCIMS) and tracking market data and new hire experience. I learned a great deal in my short time at GS and made some amazing friendships with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues.

At Financial Additions, a Dallas based boutique staffing and recruiting firm, I specialized in contract and permanent placement of accounting and finance professionals. Throughout my tenure I was able to place nearly 100 professionals into positions with diverse companies from Oil & Gas to Investment Banking. Through building strong relationships, I was able to bring new clients to the firm as well as convert standing clients into high volume partners. I was part of a software upgrade for our ATS (Bullhorn), working through creating firm-wide personalization for UX/UI as well as training and implementation for staff. I made some amazing personal relationships with both clients and candidates that I keep in touch with to this day.
