Repair and restoration of all watches. Patel Phillipe, Rolex, Breitling, Omega, etc. Watches are evaluated, given an estimate for service and parts, refinish of case and bracelet. I have the proper equipment to vacuum and pressure test watches to factory standards. I will only use original factory parts unless they are unavailable. I was hired on by the store manager to teach the sales staff on the Montblanc line of timepieces. In this roll I created sales and training for all employees in this location with the hope of implementing this training company wide. During my brief time working in the boutique I remained in the second spot for most retail monthly sales. I was secret shopped on two different occasions and was in the 95% range for customer service and company sales protocol.I created an organizational system for incoming repairs of watches and writing instruments. I designed and built some specialty shelving to provide space for the new lines of perfume and aftershave.Out of a passion for a particular writing instrument that celebrated the achievements of clockmaker John Harrison and his discovery of Longitude I spoke with the corporate office about designing a timepiece to accompany it. Unfortunately I ended my employment there for another job and moving any further toward that goal.
