From witnessing the fall of a socialist government at a young age to growing up in a culturally diverse household, I have learned to embrace change. These experiences have molded me into the change agent I am today.With over 18 years of experience in HR leadership positions across various sectors in Germany, France, and the Netherlands, I have gained valuable insights into guiding teams and leaders through transformation processes. I have witnessed and successfully navigated the challenges of transformation, even during the most demanding times.Additionally, I have merged the corporate and creative worlds through my passion for copywriting in the music industry. This blend has allowed me to explore the beauty and inspiration that arises when these two worlds collide.Stagnation was never for me. So, I studied and became a Life Coach, Relaxation Coach and Nutrition Coach and explored psychedelics as a way to support transformation process. I deeply believe in the innate power within each of us to create meaningful change. Sometimes, all we need is a little "infusion" from the outside to unlock that potential.
