Responsibilities include: • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies, structures, and processes required for a viable accountable care organization. This includes collaboration with Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources.• Managing the relationship with government entities as well as commercial payors to ensure that Mount Sinai Care complies with federal and contractual requirements in order to minimize the financial risk of the ACO. • Evaluating and overseeing the implementation of information technology systems to measure and report on care quality and cost, as well as meet the needs and requirements of various accreditation and government organizations. • Maintaining and tracking the budget (expenses and revenue) for Mount Sinai Care, including the allocation of shared savings to internal programs which further the goals of the ACO. • Assisting with hiring and training of new staff; providing support to the care coordination team; manages business analyst(s)• Collaborating with clinical leadership of Mount Sinai Care to achieve the overall goals of the Accountable Care Organization.

• Established the Enterprise Reporting Oversight Committee and the Developers’ team to integrate the various and disparate reporting initiatives taking place throughout the Medical Center. The goal is to leverage each team’s knowledge and tools, and to avoid duplication of efforts. • Fostered the relationship between the President’s Office and IT Decision Support to better align our goals with the strategic plans of the Medical Center• Corroborated with the IT Development team in either a management or analyst role to design and implement new dashboard reports. • Incorporated external benchmarks into the decision support tools making them available to end users via the Medical Center’s internal reporting systems• Assisted in the design of new service lines to more accurately reflect the accountability and reporting structure of the clinical departments and physicians.
