Hello! I’m an experienced HR Generalist with a passion for data driven decision making and creating new and improved processes for more efficient workflows. Having worked for startups, I’ve had the opportunity to build out departments and operating procedures from scratch. In these roles, I have led efforts in immigration and visa processing, compensation surveys and analyses, creating employee recognition programs and much more. As part of a growing department, I have also written and implemented numerous workplace policies working with all levels of management to roll it out. Keeping compliance front and center, I routinely attend labor law webinars and informational gatherings to stay on top of changes in federal, state, and local employment laws allowing me to stay compliant and provide informed guidance. Through routine audits of HRIS systems and other internal databases, I make it a habit to ensure all personnel documentation and information is up to date.
