Precision medicine is the future of healthcare and whole genome sequencing (WGS) provides invaluable insight into predicting drug/treatment responses, improving diagnostics, and developing novel therapies.However, currently available WGS information has been primarily sourced from individuals of European descent leading to a severe lack of diversity and representation. Likewise, access to WGS is difficult due to the cost, lack of genetic literacy, and lack of guidance from providers.Thus Chromotome seeks to build access to WGS to marginalized communities by developing a genetic network marketplace that allows for the flow of relevant genetic information between users, non-profit advocacy organizations, and pharmaceutical companies. Chromotome excels by bringing together a diverse, knowledgeable team ready to engage communities on the importance of WGS and the valuable information that it can provide.

· Launched and managed the full lifecycle of full stack features from product requirementdefinition to implementation and sunsetting, working directly with 8 software engineers, 2product designers, an engineering manager, cross-functional teams, and external clients.· Led regular agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand ups, retrospectives) to drive successfulproduct timelines and ensure continuous improvement of team workflows.· Created PRDs, scoping documents, user/process flows, organization wide epic updates.· Organized user research to advance product-market fit for 3 products under my ownership.· Configured front end product Django changes and Metabase dashboards with 65+ metrics.· Closed gaps for a critical user segment by introducing UX improvements to our resourcesproduct & growing offerings by 200% in collaboration with go-to-market partners and SMEs.

· Designed the 1st successful telehealth service for the California Department of Public Health’s PrEP Assistance Program (PrEP-AP), which has provided free HIV treatment for 1500+ uninsured/underinsured patients to further equitable public health in CA.· Developed user workflows, project plans, and scoping documents in close partnership with product, marketing, cross-functional teams, and external partners/clients.· Established operational infrastructure, training, & metrics for telehealth program launches.· Instituted new programs to aid patient navigation of and access to the healthcare system.

· Created and managed ECAASU's first residency program which offers exposure, networking, community, and mentorship to empower rising AAPI artistic talent.· Managed application review process, interviewing, and resident onboarding.· Ran bi-weekly guest mentor seminars and work review/feedback meetings.

· Executed a 3-day national conference of 1,000+ attendees from 25+ states to educate and empower activism around intersectional Asian American issues.· Oversaw an $80,000 budget, logistics, programming, and marketing of the conference.· Corresponded with corporate sponsors, university admin, venues, and contractors.· Directed a conference team of 38 team members & external liaisons.

· Assisted the faculty led research project Taking Refuge: a multi-college consortium across the UK and USA aiming to humanize the plight of Syrian refugees. · Arranged a staged reading series funded by the David Berg Center for Ethics and Leadership · Chartered and vetted an online database of accredited literary representations of the refugee crisis.
