Since 2017, I have been running my own business Better Life Yoga. I teach yoga, pranayama, mantra and meditation and I am a qualified sound healer. I have lived in ashrams and trained with teachers in the UK, USA, India and Australia. Prior to working in the charity sector I had twelve years experience working in recruitment and search & selection in various industries.
