Assisting patients facing shared services

While in the warehouse, I aid in pulling, checking and shipping orders. I manage all the online orders as well. I assist in labeling and organizing all juices. In the front office, I do all the Quick books work including but not limited to adding builds for juice, sales receipts for all online orders and doing adjustments as needed. I help the administrative assistant with balancing sever checkbooks, work with our sales team, and fielding call regarding using the company website.

I handle all the inbound and outbound packages.

I have a wide range of duties.Procurement Specialist: I work with all our vendors to obtain the best possible pricing of all the components we use in manufacturing.Shipping/Receiving: Sending samples and other high end parts for approval by architects and majors coporations.Quality Assurance: Working with the Final Finish team, I go over all the parts for full final inspection. Nothing leaves our business before getting my approval.Working hand in hand with all our crew members, I can work in almost any department to assist in manufacturing or assembly of our products.

Handle rolled fiberglass for cutting, laying and trimming. Pulling poly bags from mold tables, cleaning poly bags, and pulling fiberglass parts. Cleaning and maintenance of mold tables. Creating molded rubber boots & valves for use of resin injection. Inventory management and training new staff.

I help manage Elite Brands USA for out of state shipments, handle pre orders and purchase orders for Brand Managers, update wine vintages and other tasks as they need attention.
