If you are a career-minded, service-driven professional looking to join a fast paced organization then you have come to the right place.In my role:Manage the full cycle recruiting process for exempt and non exempt positions in Texas and New Mexico.Utilize innovative methods in addition to existing resources to recruit and retain talent for the organization such as advertising, referrals, direct sourcing, and networking events.Excel at building mutually beneficial working partnerships with candidates, colleagues and hiring managers.Arrange and facilitate career fairs and recruiting events as well as represent the organization at job fairs, training seminars, civic functions and networking events.Special projects as needed
