My passion is to use my experience and expertise in problem solving, strategic planning and developing people to help leaders create an environment where employees thrive and have the opportunity to fulfil their potential. The leaders of tomorrow need to manage within a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment and do so with empathy and curiosity. To maximise performance potential they need to provide purpose and clarity, they need to embrace diversity and creativity and be both strategic and agile. Using our FIREPROOF Framework we help leaders develop the skills and knowledge that will enable them to explore, achieve and sustain high performance within this environment. I have spent over 15 years in senior leadership positions, developing real-world experience managing people, culture, organisational structures and operating systems. Utilising highly developed skills, I have managed the majority of business functions including finance, procurement, HR, marketing, IT, facilities management, health and safety, people management, account management and service delivery.I am a qualified Coach and Mentor and an Accredited Thrive Neurodiversity in the Workplace Instructor.
