I was honored to be chosen as the first HR Manager for the company, tasked with establishing the HR foundation from the ground up. I've overseen various core HR responsibilities from talent scouting and onboarding to ensuring compliance and payroll. My passion lies in forming cohesive teams, which has been pivotal as we expanded, moving to a larger facility and broadening our product range.

I was entrusted with the fiscal well-being of our center. Guiding a dedicated team of 14 managers and 225 hourly staff, we collaborated to elevate our center to the top-performing spot within the corporation through our combined efforts and effective management. Our center had the highest return rate in the company post-covid shut down!

Multi-Unit General Manager of a year round store and an Express Market in Madison and Decatur, AL. Oversaw the construction, opening and management of the first Madison Express location for the 2018 year.Maximizes performance abilities to increase additional gross sales over budget during peak holiday seasons.Leads seasonal staff of up to 150 employees to produce large manufacturing orders to support local business gifting needs within the Huntsville community.

Maximized revenue growth for a five million dollar, yearly-gross transaction fine-dining establishment.Responsible for all facets of operations, revenue management, owner relationship and Human Resources (weekly payroll processing for entire team through Kronos, yearly reviews and pay increases, payroll deductions, PTO and earned time off accounting).Led a 50+ person team and collaborated with management team to execute day to day responsibilities for the restaurant.Responsible for a Beer, Liquor and Wine stock of over 2000 products, monthly inventory, P&L management and inventory ordering on a weekly basis.Executing various Catering events both in and out of house.Identified Revenue Growth Opportunities through Event Management and local business outreach leads.

Led and trained employees to accomplish company objectives, to include: leading the 3rd ranked (2013-2015) Select Service Extended Stay Hotel within the South Eastern Region. Effectively led a team of up to 45 employees throughout Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Desk and Made-to-Order Kitchen.Assisted in directing a full hotel renovation which included: design, budget management, supervision of daily construction to meet a Grand Opening time table goal.Maintained the HR department of a hotel to include: hiring, on boarding, termination, facilitating background and onsite drug testing for new hires, payroll processing, continued training to support career progression of all hourly associates and conducted yearly performance reviews for staff.Followed the structure of the monthly P&L to support yearly budget of hotel, weekly Payroll to include temp employees through outside staffing agency, checkbook accounting, weekly sales strategy, bank and cashing balancing.Continually improved guest satisfaction through implementing Guest Recovery System.

Managed the AAFES Food Court under the Regional Director in a high-volume, multi-unit food establishment inside of Fort Belvoir, VA.Managed: Burger King, Taco Bell, Cinnabon, Anthony's Pizza, Franks Sub Shop, Charleys and Starbucks.Trained and led 60 QSR employees during any given day. Maintained Military standards on sanitary health conditions and proper government food service protocol/regulations.Provided the ability to multitask; handled crowds of up to 1500 people at a time.Regulated food purchasing and inventory, as well as cleaning supplies for food court and two offsite QSR restaurants.Composed daily, weekly and monthly corporate sales records for all restaurants.
