I act as a strategic marketing partner for B2B clients in technology, healthcare, manufacturing, business, and more. From creating marketing plans to building out messaging, overseeing visual brands, developing content assets, and executing campaigns and advertising initiatives, I work with established and growing brands to set and reach their marketing goals.

In this role, I was responsible for writing copy for a myriad of content formats—including websites, eBooks, infographics, animations, brochures, PowerPoints, social media, blogs, and press releases—and managing tactical initiatives such as SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Sponsored Campaigns, and analytics reporting that were central to our clients’ strategic objectives.

As Marketing Director of the Saint Joseph's University Writing Center, I led a team of five to increase awareness and use of the writing center through innovative marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, Gamification programs, and monthly promotions. During my time in this position, I headed a market research study of over 100 writing centers in the U.S. to evaluate marketing strategies in university tutoring facilities, and presented my results in Tacoma, WA at the 2016 National Conference on Peer Tutoring.

I consulted with undergraduate and graduate students across majors to refine paper content, organization, citations, and grammar. I provided high-quality consultations that frequently resulted in repeat clients, and worked extensively with multilingual students.
