Theresa has been an entrepreneur and creative marketing professional for more than 30 years. She began as a freelance writer and marketing consultant in 1994, when she discovered she could get paid to write…on her own schedule…in her own home…while wearing yoga pants. (Before it was the new normal!)In 2018, she joined her business partner Susie Fife as co-owner of the creative branding agency Red Orange Studio, based in Richmond, Va, where she gets to use her creativity and organizational skills working with a talented team and wonderful clients. The Red Orange team provides marketing, copywriting, branding, graphic design, content marketing, video and web development services, with an emphasis on the nonprofit sector.In 2010, Theresa entered the blogosphere and became a social influencer and mentor to moms who are running a business that supports their values of faith, family and business (in that order). She founded the International Christian Mompreneur Network, on online community that empowers and equips moms to build profitable businesses through training courses, membership programs, masterminds and private coaching. As the ICM Network grew, Theresa built her team to support a community of 10,000+ women. In 2019, the ICM Network become part of the National Association of Christian Women Entrepreneurs.Theresa has a heart for community service, spending much of her free time volunteering for organizations such as Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), Destination Imagination, Girl Scout Council of Colonial Coast and Girls on the Run South Hampton Roads. She is an avid cyclist, runner, hiker, beach lover, journal writer and reader; and she enjoys spending time doing just about anything with her husband and three children.
