Promoted to manage a team of local and remote workforce specialists focused on real- time management, staffing, scheduling and forecasting, and dialer platform administration for a blended contact center of 200+ headcount in TX, AK and VA.Developed dashboard tools for management to communicate KPI results by location, team and associate levels. This created visibility for the teams to better evaluate individual and overall team performance. Included converting some dashboards from Excel to Power BI.Selected by the CEO to attend Immunity to Change facilitator's training to then develop and facilitate resilience training for 100+ associates.

Managed a team of data analysts and data editors responsible for the accurate deployment of client data for use in direct mail, digital marketing campaigns and directory publications.Managed weekly postcard and electronic mailings based on predictive models. Increased printed marketing revenue from $2.01/piece to $2.34/piece from 2011 to 2013. This process is still in use today.Developed and implemented marketing forecasting tool to plan marketing strategy and call center scheduling. Completed marketing analysis such as a product sold analysis in mid-2012, which resulted in a change in sales offer flow to lead with the highest priced product. This change in offer flow was key in the 13% initial increase in sold average unit price from $127 in 2012 to $144 in 2013 and is over $200 in 2020. Performed and monitored A/B Testing for marketing content and product changes.Collaborated with software development team to modify and maintain the data warehouse and related reporting systems.
