Served as UX Researcher on multiple cross-functional project teams using the Agile Framework. Collaborated with designers, researchers, product strategists, content strategists, and developers to conduct discovery research, ideation, and iteration for brand-new products and ideas conceived by our clients. Projects included:MyDok — UX Full Cycle Team Co-lead-Led a team of 5 Designers and Researchers through the end-to-end design process using Agile UX methods to conduct generative research while ideating and iterating on designs.- Prioritized MVP features in collaboration with the Product Strategy Team by facilitating a MoSCoW Matrix workshop for our cross-functional team of 15 designers, researchers, strategists, and developers.- Oversaw the user research, including card sorting and tree testing in Optimal Workshop, that guided the creation of the product’s information architecture and sitemap.- Unified the team’s vision of the product’s structure by creating detailed user flows of core features in FigJam, which steered the design of key screens.- Conceived a mid-fidelity prototype in Figma of an electronic health records product on the blockchain that saw an average 95.84% success rate and an average SEQ score of 9.34 in moderated usability testing with 6 users.The Serious Type — UX Research Team Co-lead- Promoted from UX Research Apprentice to UX Research Team Co-lead after 8 weeks to manage a team of 6 UX Research Apprentices through all phases of the User-Centered Design Process using the Agile UX Framework.- Pivoted our client toward a new business model and target user by conducting a competitor analysis, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews to help find her niche in the market and identify business needs.- Directed design decisions through user surveys in Qualtrics and moderated usability testing to build and iterate on a high-fidelity clickable prototype in Figma that better met users’ needs.

I led several client accounts. I conducted day-to-day work for clients, including writing and distributing research and expert pitches to media, fielding requests for expert comments from members of the media and offering strategic counsel to clients. In addition to media relations efforts for clients, I also served as an issues management strategist on a variety of concerns. I served as writer and editor on a variety of documents. I served as editor of The Lede Edition, a monthly media planner produced by my team for our clients. As the firm's sole in-house graphic designer, I produced The Lede Edition as well as our exclusive monthly newsletter for clients, Education: Issues & Media.

I wrote and distributed research and expert pitches on behalf of clients. I served as writer and editor on a variety of documents including various communications strategies, op-eds, letters to the editor, press releases and media advisories. I also contributed to the writing and copyediting of RW Jones's two monthly publications for clients, The Lede Edition and Education: Issues & Media. Additionally, I served as an in-house graphic designer for company materials as well as client projects.

In addition to giving apartment tours and corresponding with prospective renters, I also assisted in the processing of applications and rent payments. I fielded requests for maintenance from residents, in addition to questions about rent payments, property amenities, leasing contracts and any other questions voiced by residents. I served as a liaison between residents and corporate property management. I regularly wrote notices to residents and offered input on a variety of issues faced on the property, including building maintenance and upgrades and amenities offered to residents. I was in regular communication with contractors who cleaned, maintained and repaired the facilities. I also produced the property's monthly newsletter and wrote a weekly blog for Prudential Realty Company's residential properties. I assisted in our property's transition to welcoming small dogs and offering a dog park as an amenity. I managed the leasing office in the property manager's absence.
