As Clinical Director and Clinical Psychologist at The Kidd Clinic, I lead a team of passionate and skilled psychologists who provide assessment and evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic services to Autistic and neurodivergent folk across the lifespan, and others experiencing social and emotional difficulties. I am also a researcher and an author with a PhD in Clinical Psychology (PhD in Autism and Anxiety treatment). I have co-authored multiple articles and manuals related to autism and anxiety, and recently published a book, Helping Autistic Teens to Manage their Anxiety. My mission is to help to increase well-being, strengthen relationships, and enhance quality of life for my clients and their families. I have a special interest in anxiety disorders, pathological demand avoidance (PDA), and family-based interventions. I regularly present training both nationally and internationally on Autism and co-occurring mental health problems, and on school, university and workplace engagement. I am committed to advancing the knowledge and practice of psychology in the field of neurodivergence and its intersectionalities.
