I am a Coach/Mentor and Learning Specialist, Coach and learning End point assessor and Quality Assurer. Underpinned with Strategic Leadership and Management, (Level 7 CMI) Executive Coaching/Mentoring (Level 7 ILM) NLP/MBIT Practitioner and AC Life and Business Coaching qualifications. As an Educator (Cert-Ed, D32/D33 A1/D34 V1/D35). In Coaching, I use NLP /MBit (multiple brain integration therapy) to help you structure your own solutions and inner wisdom which works by integrating the wisdom from the neural centres of the gut, heart and head for a multi-sensory approach to self-discovery and creating solutions. My Experience: -I coach Individuals, Executives, business owners and SME’s, managers to manifest professional and personal life goals. -I mentor CEO'S and provide management consultancy including pro bono work via Charities such as the Cranfield Trust,-I am a Governor in a Durham based Academies Trust.- I Volunteer with Rift Social Enterprises to help long term unemployed and ex offenders build businesses.
