• Serve as project manager for rotating exhibition schedule of an average of 12 exhibitions per year in two primary exhibition spaces, ensuring all milestones are met.• Set and manage exhibition schedule and deadlines.• Process and negotiate loan agreements and other exhibition-related contracts.• Independently manage an encyclopedic permanent collection of over 6000 objects, varying from antiquities to contemporary new media.• Assist in exhibition design, including creation of SketchUp models to visualize artwork in our gallery spaces.• Use of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for exhibition materials.• Create and maintain digital and physical object, donor, and exhibition records.• Collaborate with Risk Management office to update insurance policy and procure certificates of insurance for loans.• Train and supervise student guides in art handling and installation techniques.• Work collaboratively with a variety of outside parties, including lenders, donors, galleries, and contracted professionals.

Write collections management policy, select and implement collection database, perform full inventory, and re-house collection of prints.

• Consult with university employees interested in displaying university-owned artwork.• Install artwork in approved campus spaces.• Inventory and inspect campus-installed artwork on a yearly basis.• Write annotated labels for select artworks as a part of the campus loan program.• Assist with the installation and de-installation of exhibitions.

• Process collection of 19th century travel albums.• Research and select archival objects for upcoming exhibitions.• Conduct independent research on19th century photographer Henry D Allison.

• Research museum history and collections for local artist.• Prepare artist biographies for the 40+ artists involved in an upcoming exhibition for use by curatorial, public programming, and other museum staff.• Assist local artist in the installation of her exhibition, Crafting Settlement.

Installed art for 33rd Bradley International at 3 locations. Assisted with installation and deinstallation of an additional 8 exhibitions. Arranged lighting for two exhibitions. Reorganized gallery prep room. Perform regular maintenance to gallery space including spackling, painting, and cleaning.

Updated alumni records and information on computer database. File information relevant to alumni scholarships, grants, and donations.
