As IT Director, I led a team of 3 skilled contract and full- time IT professionals to provide streamlined technical support to 100+ employees in two office locations. I moved to become our part-time IT Director in order to preserve the existing IT team and the company finances during a period of financial crisis for the agency. I worked with a robust list of clients during my freelance IT career until I came back onboard full-time at Slack again.Included in the myriad of tasks and responsibilities: Moved office locations, negotiated contracts for phones, ISPs, printers, conferencing, email services and hosted services.
