The Customer Service Representative is our initial point of contact for all prospects. As an aid to the sales team, the CSR is responsible for collecting important prospect information, routing them appropriately and keeping them engaged. Certain specialty teams are assigned to handle appointment setting, customer follow up and survey services. Dedicated to specific accounts, the CSR maintains a knowledge base of client products and services and operates as a brand promoter with their initial, frontline responsibilities.
