As a Senior Product Designer at HMBradley, an online banking product in the Fintech sector. I leverage my passion and expertise in product design and data visualization to craft compelling and informative user experiences, empowering individuals to achieve their financial goals. I've lead the design projects for different product verticals from online banking, RPA, to B2B and payment solutions. Before HMBradley, I spent over 3 years at Baidu, evolving from Interaction Designer to Senior Interaction Designer. In my latter role, I led multi-channel interactions, bridging UVI and GUI in projects like Audio News and the voice version of the Baidu app. Collaborating across teams, I pioneered innovative applications of Text-to-Speech (TTS) technology in consumer products. I contributed proactively to increasing DAU and engagement the Audio News Product vertical within Baidu App. Additionally, I contributed to the Baidu design community through the creation and maintenance of interaction design guidelines, workshops, and article publications.Academically, I hold dual master's degrees from Northeastern University in data visualization and experience design. I specialize in using intricate datasets to design interactive data visualization. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from UIUC, where I received the IDSA Merit Award and A' Design Award.
