Served as Special Assistant to The President and Deputy Director of Advance and Operations for the Office of the President. Traveled in the role as Trip Director with the President of the United States on domestic and foreign trips and was directly responsible for briefing the President and maintaining the schedule, logistics, and manifest for the visit. Responsibilities also included the direct oversight of the day to day operational and management of the Presidential Advance Office and White House Travel Office including: budget control, human resources, management of assets and equipment. Played a key role in event preplanning for Presidential visits charged with venue selection, event concepts, event formats and themes. Led a team of more than 200 White House Staff members and volunteers charged with the coordination, execution and implementation of Presidential visits both domestically and throughout the world. Coordinating with the White House Military Office, White House Communications Agency, United States Secret Service, the National Security Council, the White House Press Office, United States Cabinet Agencies, businesses, States, municipalities, foreign heads of state and embassies in implementing all aspects of Presidential logistics.

Served as consultant to land developer, KSI Services, Inc. Provided guidance to homeowners and builders on design guidelines and rules listed in the legal homeowner association documents. Developed and managed public and promotional events for KSI Services Inc. owned communities. Also consulted as sales manager and was responsible for successfully selling over 42 town homes and 70 condominiums owned by KSI Services, Inc.

. Served as Director of Special Projects and Community Events and was a key member of the Mayor’s Senior Staff Oversaw scheduling and advance operations and led a team of 40 Special Projects staff members who were responsible for organizing all events sponsored or attended by the Mayor of New York. Coordinating with New York Police Department, New York Fire Department, New York Transportation, businesses, city council, state and all other city agencies in implementing all aspects of event. Oversaw events hosted by the Mayor at his residence, Gracie Mansion and was responsible for the Five Borough Recreation Commissioners in the New York City Parks Department. Directed all City of New York Parks Department sponsored programs and events. Events included, The Mayor's Inauguration, MTV Music Awards, Grammys, NYC Marathon, Macy's 4th of July Events, Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, The Rangers Stanley Cup Ticker Tape Parade, The Yankees Ticker Day Parade, The World Cup Soccer Events, the Republican Site Selection Visit, 50th Anniversary of the United Nations and Economic Development Conferences.

Served as Director of Scheduling and Advance. Managed and maintained the Mayoral Candidate’s daily schedule. Managed correspondence and invitations. Led Advance Teams to insure appropriate steps were taken to produce quality campaign events, rallies and public appearances on behalf of Mayoral Candidate.

Served as a consultant for Republican National Committee and worked doing advance for President Reagan, President and Mrs. Bush during appearances at political events. Worked as consultant for Friends of Giuliani during the 1989 Mayoral Race. Worked as Director of Operations at the American Spirit Pavilion at the 1992 Convention in Houston.

Served as the claims manager for the Walsh Group insurance broker. Insured that clients had proper insurance policy coverage, filed insurance claims and maintained communications between the client and insurance companies. Clients included the New York Yankees, Denver Broncos and New York Giants.
