Responsibilities: Design and implement the activities of Ágora Democrática (IDEA – NIMD) program according to its annual plan. Verify the contribution that these activities make toward reaching the Institution’s aims and the ones of different donors. Produce progress reports and final reports on the implementation of projects and programs and submit them to the Office Coordinator and donors. Prepare and review Terms of Reference for activities, support and coordinate their implementation. Supervise processes of evaluation and monitoring of projects in coordination with the Office Coordinator.

Responsabilidades: Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los compromisos presidenciales relacionados con la Subsecretaria y reportar sus avances al Sistema SIGOB. Coordinar las actividades y compromisos resultantes de acuerdos o reuniones con otros órganos estatales u organizaciones internacionales.

Responsibilities: notify asylum-seekers the decision on their application. Receiving the request for appeal, and preparing the files for the legal area to review them. Coordinate with the local offices and UNHCR offices status notification and documentation for refugees. Update the database with the decision of the Eligibility Commissions.
