Generalist Senior HR providing generalist HR Support via an operational partnership to a division of Worsley consisting of approximately 300 employees. Provide employee relations advice, coaching and support to develop the HR capability of Supervisors and Superintendents regarding HR policy, remuneration processes, human capital planning, performance, recruitment strategy, succession planning and disciplinary matters. Conduct appeals process investigations to resolve employee grievances. Reporting on and proactively determining solutions to manage absenteeism, turnover, workforce planning, quality performance review, breaches and organisation chart/manning budget achievements
