The key tasks in my role include:E-commerce - our own website UNTIL.com.au as well as several drop ship customer sites. - Research, development and implementation of e-commerce upgrade- Liase with 3PL warehouses, suppliers and couriers- Ongoing maintenance with regular review processes- Source, edit and upload imagery- Gather product details and copy writing- Online category and brand maintenance- Inventory management- SEO & CPC advertising optimisation- Drop ship customer services- 3PL warehouse and courier research as needed- Assist customer service team during peak periodsTrade Events: UNTIL exhibit at several industry trade events in Australia & New Zealand every year. - Maintain, manage and execute event timeline & key tasks- Co-ordinate staff roster, travel and accomodation- Plan & oversee all stock & display requirements including stocktaking, packing & sourcing- Liase with contractors, couriers & suppliers- Assist with merchandising and overall stand design- Plan 3D mock up of stand design in Sketch Up- Recruit build staff and organise bump in/out schedule - Assist with marketing initiatives and all other ad-hoc jobs Show less
